2) Data We Collect

We collect and process the following data when you use the App:

From Shopify (via API)

• Store information: Store name, domain, email, and plan details.
• Order data: Order number, status, line items, and shipping details.
• Customer data: Name, phone number, and email for messaging purposes.
• Product data: Product names and images for message templates.

From WhatsApp Business Platform

• Message logs: Outbound/inbound message content, delivery status, and timestamps.
• Phone number ID: Your WhatsApp Business phone number identifier.
• Template data: Message template names, statuses, and content.

From You (Direct Input)

• Account credentials: Shopify OAuth tokens and WhatsApp API credentials.
• Configuration: Automation rules, templates, and messaging preferences.

3) How We Use Your Data

• Send WhatsApp messages on your behalf (order confirmations, OTP, reminders, etc.).
• Process incoming messages and deliver smart auto-replies.
• Display analytics and messaging performance dashboards.
• Manage billing, quotas, and subscription features.
• Improve the App's functionality and user experience.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4) Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to provide the App:

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform: To send and receive WhatsApp messages via the Cloud API.
• Shopify: To access store, order, and customer data via the Shopify API.
• Hosting providers: Our servers are hosted on infrastructure that complies with industry security standards.

5) Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active and your App is installed. Message logs are retained for up to 90 days for analytics and troubleshooting.

When you uninstall the App or cancel your subscription, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.

6) Data Security

• All data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• API credentials are stored encrypted at rest.
• Access to production systems is restricted and monitored.
• We follow industry-standard security practices.

7) Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data via our Data Deletion page.
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format.

8) Cookies & Tracking

The App uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

9) Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by Shopify merchants. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
