Knlii ConnectFlow — WhatsApp Business Messaging for Shopify
🔒 Your data, your control
Knlii ConnectFlow processes your Shopify store data and WhatsApp messaging data solely to provide our services. You may request deletion of all your data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data
Uninstall the App
Go to your Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Knlii ConnectFlow → Uninstall. Upon uninstallation, we automatically begin the data deletion process.
Send a Deletion Request via Email
If you wish to request immediate deletion or have questions, email us at ahmed_hosting@live.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Shopify store URL.
Confirmation
We will confirm data deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
What Data Is Deleted
- Your Shopify store connection and API credentials.
- Customer contact information (names, phone numbers).
- Message logs and delivery records.
- Automation rules, templates, and configuration.
- Analytics and usage data.
- Billing and subscription records (after legal retention period).
Data We May Retain
We may retain certain data as required by law, including:
- Financial transaction records (for tax/legal compliance, up to 7 years).
- Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics.
- Records necessary for fraud prevention or legal proceedings.
Facebook / Meta Data Deletion
If you signed in via Facebook or connected your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta, you can also manage your data directly with Meta:
